1. Check your internet connection
2. Force close and restart the app
3. Make sure you have the latest app version
4. If the problem persists, contact support

Your birth information is fundamental to your natal chart and cannot be changed directly. If you entered incorrect information, please contact support at [email protected] and we'll help you create a new profile with the correct details.
