You can delete your account in two ways:

1. In the app: Settings → Account → Delete My Account
2. Via web: Visit our account deletion page

Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, including natal charts, chat history, and birth information.

We collect birth information (date, time, location) for astrological calculations, account data (email, name) from OAuth sign-in, chat conversations with the Oracle, usage analytics, and your notification settings (which platforms you use, whether push is allowed, your timezone) so your daily horoscope arrives once and at a sensible hour. delulu drip uses the Swiss Ephemeris, the industry leader for astronomical calculations, ensuring precise planetary positions and aspects. Our natal chart calculations match the values used by dedicated astrology software.

Yes. Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to data portability. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Export Request" and we'll provide your data in machine-readable format.

The Oracle requires an internet connection and may occasionally experience service interruptions. Try these steps:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Force close and restart the app
3. Make sure you have the latest app version
4. If the problem persists, contact support

Your birth information is fundamental to your natal chart and cannot be changed directly. If you entered incorrect information, please email [email protected] and we'll help you create a new profile with the correct details.

Every email has an unsubscribe link in the footer, and supports one-click unsubscribe straight from your inbox. Either one works immediately and we honor it permanently. If mail keeps arriving, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it by hand.

Because push isn't available where you're reading us. The most common reason is Safari on iPhone, which only allows push notifications after you add delulu drip to your home screen. Turn push on and the email stops on its own. You get one horoscope a day either way, never both.

It depends where you bought. Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies, so you'll need to go through them. Subscriptions bought in your browser are ours to refund: email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

An account is required to save your natal chart, access the Oracle, and maintain personalized features. We use secure OAuth authentication (Google or Apple Sign-In) to protect your privacy and make sign-in easy.
