1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using delulu drip ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

"The App" means delulu drip wherever you use it: the iOS app, the Android app, and delulu drip in your browser at app.deluludrip.com. One account, one set of terms, all three.

2. Description of Service

delulu drip provides personalized astrology services including natal chart generation, daily horoscopes, synastry analysis, astrocartography, and our mystical Oracle. Our services combine precise astronomical calculations with personalized interpretations.

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Account Creation

To use delulu drip, you must create an account by providing accurate birth information including date, time, and location. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

3.4 Notifications and Email

An account signs you up for one horoscope notification a day. Where you've allowed push notifications, it arrives as a push. Where you haven't, or where your browser can't send them, it arrives as an email to the address on your account. One a day, one channel, never both.

Every email carries an unsubscribe link in the footer and supports one-click unsubscribe from your inbox. Once you unsubscribe we record it and honor it, and we won't start again. Push notifications are controlled in your device or browser settings.

We also send service email that isn't covered by that unsubscribe, because it only exists when you ask for it: the confirmation link for account deletion, and replies to messages you send support.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Tiers and Pricing

delulu drip offers free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing for paid tiers is shown at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.

4.2 Who Bills You Depends on Where You Buy

Subscriptions bought inside the iOS or Android app are sold and billed by Apple or Google under their own terms. We never see your payment details.

Subscriptions bought in your browser at app.deluludrip.com are sold by delulu global LLC, managed through RevenueCat, and processed by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe. It never touches our servers and we never store it.

Whichever way you buy, the subscription unlocks the same features everywhere you're signed in.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the same price at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel any time. Where you cancel depends on where you bought:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are handled by Apple and Google under their respective policies. We can't issue those on your behalf.

Refunds for subscriptions bought in your browser are ours to handle. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

EU and UK consumers retain the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK law. California residents may also contact [email protected] per Cal. Civ. Code §1789.3.

4.6 Price Changes

We may change prices for new subscriptions at any time. For existing subscribers, we will give at least 30 days' notice, in the App or by email, before any price change takes effect on your renewal.

delulu drip does not currently offer free trials.

5. Account Deletion and Data Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion:

For web-based deletions, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the deletion. The link expires after 30 minutes for security purposes. Deletion is immediate and irreversible once confirmed.

delulu drip is an entertainment service providing personalized astrology and general-purpose entertainment chat. We are NOT a health, therapy, mental health, or wellness service.

The Oracle is general-purpose chat, not a healthcare service. We don't ask for medical, mental-health, financial, or legal information — and you shouldn't share it. If you do share something you regret, email [email protected] and we'll delete the conversation immediately.

delulu drip's entertaining astrological interpretations should not be considered as:

7. Intellectual Property and User Content

7.1 Our IP

delulu drip — including the App, brand, name, logos, designs, prompts, and the underlying systems that generate readings — is the intellectual property of delulu global LLC.

7.2 Your Personal License to Share

The personalized readings, charts, and content generated for you through the App are yours to enjoy, screenshot, share with friends, post on social media, and remix for personal, non-commercial purposes. We want you to share. Tag us if you do (@delululed).

7.3 What's Not Allowed

You may not, without our prior written permission:

You retain ownership of birth information, photos, and chat messages you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process this content solely to provide the App's services to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 As-Is Service

delulu drip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Astrology is an entertainment and cultural practice; we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of any reading, interpretation, or content provided through the App.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall delulu global LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or substitute service costs, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Liability Cap

Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) five hundred U.S. dollars (US$500) or (b) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Claim Limitation Period

Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.

8.5 Astrology Is Not Advice

You expressly acknowledge that astrological interpretations are entertainment and not professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. We are not liable for decisions you make based on astrological content.

8.6 Carve-Outs

Nothing in this Section limits liability for: (a) gross negligence or willful misconduct, (b) rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100 et seq.), (c) rights under Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373), (d) rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) where applicable, (e) consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under the law of your state of residence (including Washington's Consumer Protection Act, RCW 19.86), or (f) any right that as a matter of law cannot be limited or waived.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of delulu drip after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution First

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the issue informally. We'll work with you in good faith to find a solution.

12.2 Small Claims Court Option

You have the right to pursue your claim in small claims court as long as your claim qualifies for small claims court jurisdiction and you proceed on an individual basis.

12.3 Governing Law & Venue

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
